Send a bug report or idea
In Mealo, open Settings → Support → Send feedback. You can choose whether to include app and device details; meal notes are never attached.
AI help isn’t available
Your note remains safe and editable. Check your connection, confirm Sign in with Apple is active, then open Settings → Subscription and use Restore purchases if you already subscribe.
Manage or cancel Mealo Pro
Apple manages billing. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Mealo also links to this screen from Settings → Subscription.
Delete your account or local data
Open Settings → Data controls. “Delete account” removes account-linked server records; “Clear all data” removes meal notes and shopping state from this device.
